Can yoga really help you lose weight?

Yoga is great to develop flexibility and strength, we all know that, but priorities, folks. The big question here is: will it make me lose weight as fast as.Yoga can give you the skills you need to maintain weight loss. Make it a regular fixture in your life, persist with the breathing exercises and postures, and you will be less depressed, less stressed and more aware of the reasonsyou may be overeating, which in turn willenable you to break unhealthy habits.

  1. I really want to reduce some weight Vikas,I tried gym which is a futile waste…But now I m very confused whether to join Yoga or do Aerobics at home…I have hormonal imbalance too…What would you suggest?

    1. Please try below yog asana and I think you get really good results.
      1.Standing Head to knee or 2.Janursirasana
