How Bikram yoga helps?

Bikram yoga is a set program of yoga popularized in the 1970s by Bikram Choudhury, which often involves sweating in a hot room.or in another way a type of hatha yoga characterized by a set series of postures and breathing exercises, performed in a room heated to a very high temperature.
